Cauliflower Bread

total prep: 10 minutes
 cook time: 25 minutes or so, depending on how golden you like it
servings: 10 slices


2 cups cauliflower
1 cup almond flour
3 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
3 tsp nigella seeds to garnish

Preheat oven to 350.

Place cauliflower in food processor (broken into pieces and about half at a time) and pulse untill it resembles small pieces of rice. 

In one bowl, beat eggs together. In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, salt, turmeric and cauliflower. Once incorporated, mix in the beaten eggs. 

Spread the mixture out on a 9x13 baking tray (lined with parchment paper or silicone mat) and sprinkle with nigella seeds. Bake for 20-30 min, until bread has a nice golden color. Cut into desired slice size.
